I really got to experience his masterful playing during the time he and I were part of the horn section in a rock 'n roll band called "Joe Cantafio and the Giant Killers". (I made reference to it in my Bio on the Musicians page). Listening to Jeff play was always an enjoyable learning experience for me. Jeff has since relocated to Brooklyn, New York.

This CD is an excellent example of combined creativity. It was handed to me by Jim Teister, a friend and uncommonly versatile musician. I've worked many gigs with him over the years and he is always on the cutting edge of something new. Alongside of that, he plays some of the sweetest jazz fleugelhorn and trumpet you will ever hear.
